I've Been There …
I know what it's like to constantly overthink, put others' needs before your own, and struggle to express how you truly feel. For years, I believed my worth came from pleasing others and wondered if secure, healthy relationships were even possible.
My healing began when I stopped ignoring my inner voice and started my own therapy, getting help to understand the attachment patterns and wounds shaping my relationships. I learned that I didn't have to be perfect to be loved, and that healthy relationships start with self-awareness, communication, and compassion.
Today, I help clients do the same. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, heal attachment wounds, and build the confidence and skills needed to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
